Meet Trent and Mitch

We’re Trent Paschkow and Mitchel Bell, the two directors behind Velpas Homes. We’re both heavily involved in every job, and you’ll meet us both.

Mitch runs operations and the day-to-day, with a dedicated foreman and project manager on every job. Trent is closely involved in the design and the estimating.

We grew up in the country around Lismore, in northern New South Wales, met at school in Year 7 and did Army Reserve infantry training together. More than 15 years on, we’re still best mates. Mitch went on to major infrastructure projects in Melbourne and Trent to university in Brisbane. In 2017 Trent talked Mitch into moving back up the coast, and in 2025 we started Velpas.
