Who We Are

This website is run by VelpasConn Pty Ltd (ABN 44 691 423 275), trading as Velpas Homes for residential work and VelpasConn for commercial work.

What We Collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, suburb and message, and two short notes your browser kept in that tab, with no cookie: the first page you opened on this visit (with only its campaign tags, such as utm_source) and the name of the website or app that sent you here, such as google.com (never the page itself). A visit starts each time you arrive from another site. We use them to reply to you, to talk with you about your project and to learn how people find us. We do not sell or share them for anyone else’s marketing.

How It Is Handled

Enquiries are emailed to our team through Resend, an email delivery service, and kept in our company email. The website is hosted by Vercel. Neither service uses your details for its own purposes. This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing info@velpas.com.au or calling 07 3522 2910. Our full privacy policy, which follows the Australian Privacy Principles, is on the VelpasConn website.
