Whole-Home Renovations
Opening up a closed-in layout, bringing light into an older home, or reworking the kitchen, bathrooms and living areas together. We’re set up for larger projects, so we take on kitchens and bathrooms as part of a wider renovation rather than on their own.
Extensions
More room without moving house: a bigger living area, another bedroom or two, or space for family. We handle the design with our trusted consultants or work with your own architect or designer, then look after the approvals and build it.
Raise and Build Under
Plenty of Brisbane homes have room to grow underneath. We raise houses and build in below, or dig out under the house for a new lower level, a garage or a rumpus room. Raising a house is engineered work, so we plan it with the engineer before anything moves.
How It Runs
You deal with our two directors, Trent Paschkow and Mitchel Bell, from the first conversation. Mitch runs the job day to day, with a dedicated foreman and project manager, and Trent is closely involved in the design and the estimating.

Do you take on a kitchen or bathroom on its own?
Generally not. We’re set up for larger projects, so we take on kitchens and bathrooms as part of a wider renovation.
Do you raise and build under houses?
Yes. We raise houses and build in underneath, and we dig out below existing homes to add a lower level.
Do you handle the design, or work with my architect?
Either. We handle the full design process with our trusted consultants, or work with your own architect or designer, and we price the work as the design takes shape.
How much will my renovation cost?
