Who We Are

This website is run by VelpasConn Pty Ltd (ABN 44 691 423 275). VelpasConn is our commercial brand and Velpas Homes is our residential brand. This notice covers both websites and both enquiry forms.

What We Collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email, phone number, project location or suburb, and message. The Velpas Homes form also sends two short notes your browser kept in that tab, with no cookie: the first page you opened on that visit (with only its campaign tags, such as utm_source) and the name of the website or app that sent you there, such as google.com (never the page itself). We use these details to reply to you, to talk with you about your project and to learn how people find us. We do not sell them or share them for anyone else’s marketing.

How It Is Handled

Enquiries are emailed to our team through Resend, an email delivery service, and kept in our company email, which Google Workspace provides. The website is hosted by Vercel. We use these services only to deliver your enquiry, to keep it and to run the site. All three are based in the United States, and your details may be stored or processed there or in other countries where they operate. This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your Choices and Complaints

You can ask to see or correct the details we hold about you, or ask us to delete them, by contacting our Managing Director at info@velpas.com.au or on 07 3522 2910. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. If we do not resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
