Two High Physical Support SDA homes for a not-for-profit client, ready for their residents in early 2027.
We are building two Specialist Disability Accommodation homes side by side in Southside, Gympie, for a not-for-profit client.
Both are designed to the High Physical Support category of the NDIS SDA Design Standard, for people who need the most support. Every space has been planned around the people who will live there: step-free throughout, with room to move, and a wide, level driveway the two homes share.
We are finalising the design with the client now, and their new residents are due to move in at the start of 2027.
