VelpasConn Pty Ltd holds QBCC Licence 15559703 (Builder — Open). All construction services are subject to the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 and relevant Queensland building legislation.

Nothing in these Terms limits or overrides any rights or protections afforded to you under the QBCC Act, the Queensland Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017, or any other applicable legislation.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
