- What is the defect liability process?

- Standard 12-month defect liability period after practical completion, plus all statutory warranties under Queensland building legislation. We log and track every defect through to resolution. Nothing gets buried in an email chain.

- Do you offer Early Contractor Involvement (ECI)?

- Yes. ECI lets us work with you and the design team before the project is fully documented, identifying risks, testing buildability, and locking in a realistic programme and budget before committing to a lump sum.

- Weather is tracked as part of programme status in every weekly report. We plan for seasonal conditions in the baseline programme and report actual impact against allowances. You will see it weekly, not as a surprise at practical completion.
